Delete your DaylyWork employer account

You can delete your DaylyWork employer account, and the business details attached to it, at any time. Here is exactly what happens — and what to do if you can no longer sign in.

Delete it yourself from the app

Sign in to the DaylyWork Employer app or website.
Open Profile from the menu — in the Android app, open Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Cannot sign in?

Write to us from the phone number or email address registered on the account and ask us to delete it. We action the request once we have confirmed it really came from you.

What we delete

These are erased from your account and cannot be recovered:

Business name, and the owner or contact person's name
Phone number and email address
GST number
Business address, city and locality
Your business type, and everything else saved on the business profile

What happens to your job posts

Every job post still open is closed the moment your account is deleted. Workers stop seeing it while browsing and can no longer apply to it.

What we keep

Applications workers already sent you are kept in anonymised form — they stay in each worker's own application history, but they are no longer linked to your name, phone number or business details.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent. We cannot bring back the account, the business profile or the job posts afterwards. Your phone number is released, so you are free to sign up again later — but you would start fresh, as a new account with none of the earlier data.
