DaylyWork helps you find workers for daily-wage and part-time roles. This policy explains what information we collect from you as an employer, why we need it, and what you may and may not do with the candidate information you see on the platform. That last part matters: candidate data is entrusted to you for hiring, and nothing else.

1. Who we are
DaylyWork is a job-matching platform operated by Concientech IT Solutions LLP (LLPIN ABZ-4057), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at B-1103, 11th Floor, Tower-B, Cosmos Golden Heights, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201016, India.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the information you give us about yourself and your business.
We introduce employers to workers. We are not a staffing agency and we do not employ the workers you find here.
You can reach us at daylyworkteam@concientech.com or on +91 93684 84086.
2. What we collect from you
- Your mobile number. This is how you log in and how we identify your account.
- Your name as the contact person for the business.
- Your business name, the type of business, and your city.
- The job posts you create, including pay, hours, location and requirements.
- Your activity on the platform — the candidates you view, shortlist, invite or hire — which we use to run the service and to prevent misuse.
- Basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to keep the service working and secure.
3. How we use it
- To create and maintain your employer account and business profile.
- To publish your job posts to relevant workers.
- To show you candidates who match what you are hiring for.
- To verify it is really you when you log in, using a one-time password (OTP).
- To keep the platform safe and to detect fraud, fake job posts and misuse of candidate data.
- To respond when you contact support or raise a complaint.
- To meet our obligations under Indian law.
4. Your consent, and how to withdraw it
We process your information on the basis of your consent and because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for. You may withdraw consent at any time under the DPDP Act, 2023. Doing so does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and it means we can no longer keep your job posts live.
5. Candidate data — your obligations
When you view a worker's profile or contact details, you are receiving another person's personal data. You must treat it accordingly.
- Use candidate information ONLY to assess and contact that person about the role you are hiring for.
- Do NOT sell, share, publish or transfer candidate data to any other person or business.
- Do NOT use candidate contact details for marketing, promotional messages, or bulk messaging of any kind.
- Do NOT build your own database of DaylyWork candidates, and do not scrape or bulk-extract profiles.
- Keep any candidate information you download secure, and delete it when the hiring purpose has ended.
- Misuse of candidate data is a serious breach of these terms. It may lead to immediate account termination and, where the law requires, referral to the authorities.
6. Who else sees your information
- Workers see your business name, business type, city and the details of the job you posted, so they can decide whether to apply.
- Workers see your contact details when you invite them or when they apply and you take the application forward.
- We use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our cloud hosting provider and Meta, whose WhatsApp Business service delivers your login code.
- We may disclose information where a law, court or government authority validly requires it.
- We do not sell your data.
7. WhatsApp and your login code
We send your one-time login code over WhatsApp using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so your mobile number is shared with Meta for delivery. You can also manage parts of your profile through our WhatsApp assistant; what you send there is used for the same purposes as information entered in the app.
Never share your OTP with anyone. We will never ask you for it.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your account and job posts while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account we will delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we must retain records by law — for example for tax, a legal claim, or a fraud investigation.
Records of hiring activity may be retained where they are needed to resolve a dispute with a worker.
9. How we protect information
- Data is stored on servers located in India.
- Connections between your device and DaylyWork are encrypted.
- Internal access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it.
- Login is by one-time code, so there is no password to be stolen.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may ask us for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or complete it, ask for it to be erased when it is no longer needed, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Contact us using the details at the end of this policy. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to hold an employer account on DaylyWork.
12. Cookies and analytics
On our website we use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, plus basic analytics to understand which features are used. We do not use advertising trackers.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use DaylyWork means you accept the updated policy.
14. Complaints about your data
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, write to us at daylyworkteam@concientech.com or call +91 93684 84086.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
