1. Accepting these terms

By creating an employer account or using DaylyWork, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Who can use DaylyWork

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be hiring for genuine, lawful work in India.
  • You must give true information about yourself, your business and every job you post.
  • Your mobile number identifies your account and must not be shared.

3. What DaylyWork is — and what it is not

DaylyWork is a neutral platform that introduces employers to workers. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • We do NOT employ the workers you find here, and we are not a staffing agency or labour contractor.
  • We do NOT guarantee that you will find a worker, that anyone will apply, or that a hire will succeed.
  • We do NOT verify every claim a worker makes. Skills, experience and availability are stated by the worker.
  • We do NOT handle wages or any payment between you and a worker.
  • Any engagement you enter into with a worker is solely between you and that worker.

4. Your responsibilities as an employer

When you hire someone through DaylyWork, you are the employer. The following are your responsibilities and not ours.

  • Paying agreed wages, in full and on time.
  • Complying with all applicable Indian labour law, including minimum wages, working hours and any statutory benefits that apply to the engagement.
  • Providing a safe workplace and complying with health and safety obligations.
  • Complying with the law on workplace harassment, including the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 where it applies to you.
  • Not employing anyone under 18 through this platform.
  • Making sure every job you post is real, accurately described, and currently open.

5. You must never charge a worker

You must not charge a worker any fee, commission, deposit or security amount in connection with a job — before, during or after hiring. You must not withhold a worker's original documents.

This is an absolute rule. An account found doing this will be terminated, and we will cooperate with the authorities where the law requires it.

6. Job posts must be lawful and non-discriminatory

  • Post only real vacancies you actually intend to fill.
  • Describe the pay, hours, location and duties accurately.
  • Do not post work that is unlawful, unsafe, or that involves any form of forced or bonded labour.
  • Do not impose eligibility conditions that are unlawful or discriminatory, including on the basis of caste, religion, sex, place of birth or disability, except where a genuine and lawful occupational requirement applies.
  • Do not use job posts to advertise a product, collect leads, recruit for another platform, or solicit money.

7. Candidate data

Candidate profiles and contact details are made available to you for one purpose only: assessing and contacting that person about your role.

You must not sell, share, publish or transfer candidate data, use it for marketing or bulk messaging, build a separate database of DaylyWork candidates, or scrape the platform. You must keep any candidate data you hold secure and delete it once the hiring purpose has ended. This obligation continues after your account is closed.

8. Your account

You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep access to it secure. Activity through your account is treated as yours. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.

9. What you must not do

  • Misrepresent your business or your identity.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse or retaliate against a worker.
  • Post unlawful, obscene, misleading or infringing content.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Use the platform for anything other than genuine hiring.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of your job posts and business information. By posting, you give us permission to host and display them to workers for the purpose of matching. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to post them.

11. Paid features

Some features, such as candidate search, may require a paid subscription. Where they do, the applicable plan, price and duration will be shown to you before you subscribe, and those details form part of these terms.

12. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms — in particular one that charges workers, misuses candidate data, or posts fake or unlawful jobs. Where it is fair and practical, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time.

13. Availability of the service

We work to keep DaylyWork running but do not promise uninterrupted or fault-free service, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. The platform is provided on an as-is basis.

14. Liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, DaylyWork is not liable for disputes between you and a worker, for the conduct or performance of any worker, or for loss arising from your hiring decisions.

You agree to indemnify DaylyWork against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, from your treatment of a worker, or from your misuse of candidate data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Complaints

Tell us about problems with the platform or about conduct on it, at daylyworkteam@concientech.com or on +91 93684 84086.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will notify you in the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use DaylyWork means you accept the new terms.
